You will run RX1 day to day. The team, the strategy, and how the work gets done.

• The team. Hiring it, shaping it, keeping it sharp.
• The portfolio. Deciding which companies get built and how they ship.
• The strategy. Partnering with the founder and the board on direction.
• The P&L. Operational and financial discipline.
• The voice of the company, internally and externally.

What we look for

You have run something. You know what building a company actually demands.

• 10+ years of senior operating experience at a high-growth technology company.
• A track record of recruiting and retaining senior people.
• Comfortable running product, commercial, and operational sides at once.
• Willing to be based in Limassol, or to commit to substantial Limassol presence.
• High judgment, high bar, low ego.
